What is Yoga?

Yoga is a truly holistic programme that will increase your energy and stretch, tone and reshape your body. The word Yoga means "union" i.e. joining with life and joining with each and every move you make, so that all your available energy is centered or focused on the breathing, the postures or the meditation. There are 5 key elements covered in Yoga: Breathing, Exercise, Nutrition, Relaxation/Meditation and Philosophy.
