Mom and Baby Yoga
Deep breathing to calm and relax mum
Gentle abdominal work e.g. pelvic tilts, pelvic floor exercises,
(Core strengthening)
Movement and play for baby.
This course is suitable after 6 weeks check-up and before baby begins to crawl.
Please bring a yoga mat
Baby Massage:
Can improve sleep patterns,
Help relieve pain eg. colic and constipation,
Help with relaxation,
Strengthen the parental bond and of course is mutually enjoyable.
This class is an ideal way to meet other mums and maybe stay on
for a 'cuppa' and a chat.
Don't forget to bring all baby requirements into room as there is lots of space.
If baby needs to be fed or changed you go ahead and do so
and join in with the exercises/massage when you can.
